I HAVE BOUGHT DENTAL CHAIR FROM UNICORN DENMART 3 YRS BACK I have been suffering from this company ever since i bought its product .Here are some mails written by me to company but no avail.kindly look forward 2 this issue.
.Dear Sir/Madam,

1. Please refer my earlier mail sent to you on 26 Sep 11 regarding the unserviceability of my dental chair. In response to my referred mail your service engineer took the unserviceable motor of my dental chair for repair/replacement on 07th Of Oct. As per your engineer the motor should have been delivered to me within two weeks. More then 22 days have been passed since then, but neither the service engineer have turned back nor have I received any intimation from your company as to what is the reason for this undue delay.

2. It must be appreciated at your end that I have been running my dental clinic in a remote district of Chhattisgarh for the benefit of socially isolated and poor people. It has been extremely difficult for me to run my clinic without the motor and the unserviceable scaler (which has broken in the mean time). Also, in such a remote area it is not possible for me to take assistance of any other medical equipment company or technician.

3. Therefore, in all the sincerity treat this mail as an SOS message and send the repaired/replaced motor for my dental chair at the earliest without any further delay, The undue delay is neither in your company's interest nor mine, I am sending the copy of this mail to consumer forum ( I hope you wont mind it as its just an advance intimation to the forum attributed to my past experiences with your company)
