Complain for expiry date of medicine

I have purchase a medicine (saradon) form Andheri (E) near Marol fire brigade which is out of expiry,our office boy bought that medicine, when i was trying to make that into half it instead of breaking into 2 it got crushed & still the medicine is there in the medical.

Kindly do the needful.
