referring to the above subject, i am dialisis patient since 2007 and getting treatment under nephrologist. i have been taking FOSBAIT-500 medicines prescribed by the doctor. i purchased the medicine from TEJPUNJ MEDICAL STORE, B-297, New Ashok Nagar, Opp Eastend Apartment Delhi-110096 dated 27th March 2010.
Upon receiving the medicine bottle i found that the bottle cover box was absent. so i sent my person back to the chemist again to change the medicine, but he refused to take back and instead he gave some very old box with different Batch no and different expiry date. i sent my person again to the store requesting to change this medicine again as it was about to expire and again he refused. this ordeal was repeated again and again until i thought of opening the box and broke the seal, to my agony i found that all the medicines were different or had changed their colour, I already am taking those medicines since last two and half years. i again sent my person to the store to replace and again he was refused and sent back saying they will not replace it.
kindly suggest why my hard earned money should go wasted to these goons who are so bully and defaming medical field. My concern is also related to manufacturer, who dont even care to check if their medicines are expired before delivering to the market.

Shop no. 48, thaverekere bus stop, bangalore. The shop owner refused to sell single tablet of rantac and tried to sell a strip of tablets which was open.

i m a dr. kartik solanki i m a b.a.m.s. whenever i priscibed a medicne the pharmacist change the medicine as own discission. i knew that the pharmacist is not a educated. he is only b.com what can i do?

here is a complain against vinay medical hall in cossipore B.b bazar, kolkata-2, the owener is selling sleeping pills and more similer drugs without any proper prescription, which is quite illigal. he is a harmful one for the young generation also.
so please take nessecery action against the shop owner

This to complaint about the Medical shop in Santhosapuram, Vengaivasal main road, Chennai - 73 has no certified and experienced pharmacist, they are father and relations of the doctor who is near by the clinic.
The pharmacist doesn't know about the medicine and cheating our people and giving wrong medicines for the uneducated people and also not providing the bills.

I would like to inform you that a Chemist namely "DHANANJAY MISHRA" situated at Village Parasa, Post - Parasa, Via - Bagaha, District West Champaran, Bihar - 845101 is selling the medicines without Doctor's prescription and he is not giving bill duly signed and stamped means he is not payment sales tax to the government till 10 - 15 years back.

I noticed that the sales persons are under age and this is against the law.

Mostly he is selling Sample medicines which are given to Doctors only and not for sell. he is also selling duplicate medicines.

You are requested to please take strong action against him because he is playing with people.
