    Default Expiry Date of Medicines

Its very common for us all to go to a chemist shop and ask for medication and just give the money and take the medicine! But this is not right as there are high chances that the medication may have expired.

Its something which happened to me, I was traveling and needed some cough medicine so stopped at a chemist to get some medicine, obviously as usual I did not notice the date until i was going to tasted it. It tasted a bit weird, so its then that I checked the expiry date and it was 6 months over due.

Im lucky I did not take a lot of it which could have made my cough worse, or someone who has a low immune or sensitive system didn't have it as it can have adverse affects.

So what everyone must make sure if check the expiry date on all medications they buy.

I want to say to the dealer, subscriber, shopkeeper that , to sell a expired medicine is really dangerous & all of you know it better than me. So why are doing such thing for a few money while for this a person may die.
