Default Glucometer of Bayer company
Dear Sir,

I had purchased a glucometer of bayer company from the Chaturbuj Bros. from Connaught Place new delhi this year only but the machine is not working properly we had complaint but there is no satisfactory response either from the company nor from the chemist shop as the machine is not showing proper result i am suffering very badly.As the machine in gaurentee period you are requested to kindly get it replaced .

Dear Mr. Mehta,

Why dont you write to dcindia@bayerhealthcare.com or call upon there customer care number @ 022 -2531 1419 / 1418 / 1896 / 1898.

They are good at there response. This is my personal experience.
