Last night I happened to be at one of the medical Stores in Kalina, Mumbai to purchase prescribed medicines but the store owner refused to sell me medicines as per the prescription, i was forced to buy entire strip of medicine as they don't sell lose medicines, is there any law for not selling the lose medicines in Maharastra? can any action be taken against such a errant medical store, who is unfortunately robbing the customers?
