Ostocalcium

We have been consuming OSTOCALCIUM syrup of ELDER Pharmaceuticals for years. The new batch this time round, B No. GA1002 & 1005, manfg. 2010, has got a peculiar odour of phenyl.
It is so repulsive to consume it.
How can we get the medicine checked and what can be done about this?
