In the last week I happened to visit a medical store for buying some medicine and noticed that the chemist is selling drugs without doctor's prescription. I was worried for the fact that he was selling a drug named Triptomer (sleeping tablets) which should be sold only with prescription. When I asked him about this, the chemist was rude and negligent in his reponse. How can I teach him a lesson? Where can we lodge complaints against him so that he does sell such tablets without prescription? And also I want to teach him a lesson in the way he treats the customer. Please help me in this regard.
