Dear Sir/Madam,

i brought an ointment from Sabharwal Chemist in Rani Bagh Market from the owner Mr. Kapil Sabharwal one month back and i never used the same. Today on 7th July i went to him to return it he told its sale is very low and has got a short expiry date so he cannot return it.

This way i want to complain against him on the reasons that: -

1. He never gave a bill to me.
2. He gave me a short expiry product.
