I had procured a prepaid connection from Airtel in Jammu & Kashmir at srinagar under SIM NO: 9797124940 against valid & genvien documents. However the service provider stoped my connection activation after using few months. I have recharged several times for continuty sucessfully. After the stopage of the connection I approached to the Customer care, Nodle Officer & 1st Applate of the firm which did not redressed my complaint.
