I (sweety gupta) had 2 Airtel connections no. is 9910047136 and 9910047253.....And I was making regular pymt on the a/c..But due to my job loss I am not able to mk d pymt's of the bill from last few months....And I told to customer care people that I will mk d pymt bt need some time....as when I will get new job I will start making the pymt's....As I am the only earning member in my family so I have to look for some other requirement also so please understandand my parents don't know about my job lost.....Despite of that people are calling at my residence contact nos. and they are just threatening and humiliating for pymt's.....they are using abusive words with my parents and harrassing them by calling on a daily basis on their nos....I ahd requested them to contact on this nos. 9971172229....so for further issues please contact me on this no. after 5:30 PM....and I was ready to mk for settlement for both the nos. but need time for atleast 1-2 months.....but still inspite of calling on my nos. there is one guy by the name of AMIT and he is collection guys still calling on my relatives nos. and threatening and using abusive languages with my parents......and I have done several complaints by calling to customer care nos. and sending the mails to airtel...but no one acknowledge that mails and calls are still coming continuously....Please do the needful.

I am getting threatening calls from Airtel Office Delhi & my relatives are
also getting same kind of calls for not paying my bills. These are made from number 8130650383, 8130748694, 9871038983 from Delhi. I would like to let you know that I am going to log an FIR against the company in the local Police Station today & next time me or any of my relatives/friends get a call from Airtel I will also move in to court.

Your company has made us a mental patient through continuous harassment. We have been telling many times to this lady(I think her name is Pooja) who calls up every day. This Lady calls us and uses abusive language and uses foul language with my parents & Friends.

I have never shared any data of the numbers of my family members of friends with the company & they have no rights to call them asking shameful questions & providing threats. This is legally illegal.

I have been a LOYAL CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL and still using AIRTEL number however they do not even talk properly. We have never used any abusive language over the phone with any caller from Airtel however it seems they do not have Civic sense....

Please take action regarding the threatening calls because of which people who live with respect has to suffer for the mistake they have not done.

I will never ever use Airtel in Future and will neither suggest this to any of my friends or family members..
