    Default Air tel Prepaid connection Complaint of that no.9179543701

    I m using Air tel Prepaid connection ( 9179543701) in Gwalior (MP) .But i m facing problem since last 3 months. 22nd of every month airtel company deduct 30 rupees from my a/c .When i ask the Airtel customer care Centre, they said u have activate jokes subscription facility from airtel live. But i didnt activate any facility on my mobil from airtel live & they fired my complaint & deactiveted this service & told me amount will not b deduct from ur a/c in future but still amount is deducting from my a/c every month.so wht should i do .whenever i talk to custmor care no body is able to answer and the response is also very poor. My calls to Customer care from the Relation ship centres is getting transfered to many people for nearly 30 mins and it will get cut finally.

    So there is no one to take any responsiblity in such a big company....

    I feel airtel company just making money from the customer . But to earn money there are so many ways but they are doing wrong with the client.
    U should take action against airtel company.
    &How to get back my amount i lost ?
    Pls help me?

    Send them an e-mail instead of calling as you wont have any proof of communication. If you have got complaint numbers from previous communication over the phone you can quote them in your e-mail. Send it to customer care and wait for a reply and if you dont get any reply from them you can then send an e-mail to their nodal officer explaining the matter. You can get all the e-mail addresses from their website contact us page.

    If your matter still doesn't get resolved then come back and leave a stinking review here for others to read and file a case against them if you think you can prove that Airtel is at fault.

    Now that you already know the issue how about contacting the customer for a change? Whats the point asking him to send over the same stuff to you again and again ? If you really wanted to do something about his problem or any customers issue for that matter you would not be leaving messages asking them to send you guys another e-mail when they are already fed up trying to get it sorted through your customer care which has strangely enough started charging for talking to your customer care reps.
