What is happening is aircel?
I from my number call 8802772476 lot and its free due to the pack of 498 which i had but now my balance is deducted even calling to aircel number.
When u told me that you are deactivating pocket internet you deactivated my that service which is totally obsessive.
When i called costumer care to tell that they told me that i don't call any aircel number.
Which is totally rude. I request you to look into the matter and reactivate my scheme and also return my balance that has been deducted due this misconception.
Please do it fast and the thing about my conversation with nodal officer i told her that my balance is deducted without my notice ,it was because of this only.
So please look into the stuff.
