This is the third number 8892349207 which i own with aircel in bangalore and again they have deducted dialer tone amount.

I have contacted customer care and as per them they said the dialer tone services are activated as i have received a call on August 03, 2010 at night 8.21 PM and the service got activate.

As per my knowledge i have never punch any number to activate the dialer tone nor given nor send any SMS to activate the services.

Please let me know what are the aircel timings to contact customer through promotion calls automated voice promotion calls.

I do agree this Bangalore aircel number 8892349207 is not registered with DND but i belive aircel is bound with some rules and regulations by TRAI that they cannot disturb and call customer at night and deduct the charges.

Please do clarify me, is there any clause that TRAI has authorised Aircel to contact customers after 8 PM.

I am planning to sue the aircel as mentally it has disturbed a lot by deducting the charges based on false calls or without customer confirmation.

The other numbers which i own in hyderabad i.e aircel number where aircel deducted the amount without my knowledge and repated the same story.

I request the TRAI authorities to intervene and help to sue Aircel company or atleast fine from your end so that in future they should not dare to contact any customer after 8 PM.

This is a marketing practice in the industry adopted by every service providers to inform customers about new value added services. So if you are not willing to avail these simply get your DND service activated. Once activated I am sure there would be no marketing calls and messages from the company.
