I used aircel prepaid card for my mobile.for last 3 months i dint use it as i was outside india.when i came back i had 10/.balance in it so i recharged it with rs199/. i got the sms saying that recharge successful.but after an hour i got invalid sim displayed on my mobile screen.
so i went to aircel office in PONDA GOA.they said my card is no more valid.but i want to know that if the card is invalid then what happened to the money which i had recharged?
either i should get the money or they should start my sim card.
