Hi Aircel Concern & Other Readers

This is share my experience with Aircel Postpaid Mobile Service. I have two concern which is not yet resolved since Jan 29th 2012 / the biggest blunder and foolishness i made in 2012 is i took a AIRCEL postpaid connection. i switch over King provider airtel to bull sh*t AIRCEL. beginning am flattered with their call tariff and freebies bundle pack. ( advice: please do not fall in those carp offers ) The aircel postpaid executive has come to my office address to collect the documents and to give the sim card initially. he ask me Rs300 for initial deposit which is also a refundable when we cancel the connection. within two days connection got activated when i call to customer care and asked whether my Rs300 deposit is reflecting in my account. I was literally shocked from the executive response from customer care. you have not paid any amount as deposit and zero amount is reflecting in my aircel account. The guy is also not answering my call. i have tried from different. he did not provide any receipt for Rs300/-. Only i have proof I have his visiting card and the whole conversation and money handover CCTV footagebecause he came to my office for all process, my office CCTV has captured whole conversation footage. I can provide any time anywhere those screen shots or visuals. For the same i have raised so many complaints to customer care. only one response from them their exective has not collected the money from the customer. how the hell they can say that am holding all visuals of those Rs300 Aircel Scam. Poor and pathatic service from aircel i repeat. They are not using logic to think. if he has not collected Rs300/- customers hard ear money who will raise a complaint against Rs300 for calling customer care and spending hell lot of time? something would be fishy then only common people will react. since day one this issue is also not resolved. NO RESPONSE.
Secondly other concern.
Aircel myaccount feature is not enabled for my number.
I have tried many times to log in with registered credential. am getting same error called "Oracle Access Manager Operation Error" this issue also i have raised many times since 21st Jan 2012. Today is 07th Feb 2012. I have send a mail with error screen shots to nodal officers etc. same default temp-let mails am receiving saying bala.. ballaa.. etc. my issue still pending.
I will provide my Aircel customer ID-1-7455609368 ( if at all any aicel quality people going through this post they can track my history )
Only once advice to readers: Those who are using Airtel please keep going do not blink your eye when you see lot of freebies. Also other users do not switch over to Aircel.
