Aircel mobile activated my service on there own and charged me for that

    Post Aircel mobile activated my service on there own and charged me for that

    i jagdeep singh is having a aircel no 9808381814
    i am having a account balance of 20 next day msg came to my mobile your account has been recharged with Rs. -9 and my account ball cut
    again on next day they cut another 10Rs
    and after talking to customer care they told me u have activated some services which i have not activated and they also told me to complain anywhere it will not be refund to you
    i am registering my complaint because if company wrongly deduct 10Rs in this way from customer account there is a huge earning of company from all customer per day
    ake some actions againt them so they learn something

    As you must know the Value added services are automated services and hence need user confirmation to be activated, it can happen when you respond to the promo calls or messages. Just get your DND activated to block all these calls and messages.

    This is true, I am one of them, and I was charged 3 times Rs. 30 each time total was Rs. 90. But I complained in harsh way and keep on pursuing i got all my money in three turns.

    If you are right then how all three of my services get activated automatically. Whoever you are, I am strictly against you, and i am with jagdeep singh as I am one of them, the difference is I got all my money back but jagdeep don't. Although I was also sufferer.

    I'm total agreed with Jagdeep and Viveksce, aircel is cheating and their second source of earning

    Exclamation Grievance regarding vodafone services

    Myself Mr.Nabakumar Das, My Mobile No. is 9830414284. I am a regular user of vodafone.
    There is a service named Hungama Pack has been activated without my intimation from 20th of August.
    And the service charge has been regularly deducted from my balance. There is no
    information given me any time during this service,it is very embarrassing,
    i have already talked to customer care no198 & Nodal Officer named Dipika Majumder but it is not satisfactory.
    After sending mail the deactivate the service but they are not redy to refund my deducted money for this activation.
    I am registering my complaint because if company wrongly deduct money in this way from customer account there is a
    huge earning of company from all customer per day

    Default charged money for unsubscribed service

    i have been charged like 30 rs for first time for caller tune service tat i never asked for and again aircel took 10 rs from my account for some other service... what the hell is this..i need some justice tat too both happened in 3 days i dont want to have this aircel card anymore i feel like throwing it .i dono whether this complaint will have any effect but please do take some action
