I am using a Chennai Aircel mobile number, which was NOT working good from the past two years when I bought my connection. Still, I continued to use it regardless as these were small problems. Now, from the past two days, they were taking about 2 rupees everyday, without any reason and when asked, they are telling to contact the team in chennai, whose number is chargeable with rs.0.50 per 3 min, and is a customer care number. Then last night, i.e., 1st september night, they have taken Rs.30 from my account without any reason and renewing the friends group which I never asked or activated. and when asked, they were telling the reason that mine was chennai based number and the customer care was different and we will have to pay the said charges even though it was a customer care number and I was about to complain. And, this number has all those stupid messages unnecessarily coming, that I dont need. Now, what should I do? I am fully frustrated. Please do help me. Hope I can get help.
