Hello,I am an aircel customer for past 1 year,it has been a nitemare with this company,
they did not activate National Do Not Disturb even after 6 months,and on top of that they deduct balance from my prepaid cell and accuse me of requesting them myself..
When I call customer care,they register compliants but are unresolved
