I got a phone call on my Airtel connection No. 9993886171(in name of Agranshu Dwivedi) from Airtel company( Number-1400440018) offering Hello Tune On 18nd Jan 2012 11:43: did not give any input for "Hello Tune" by choosing any option i just disconnected the call Still they started some Hello tune and I received a SMS at same time that this service is started on your number if you want to unsubscribe this service call 543211808 , and Deducted 15RS from my balance.I quickly called on 543211808 and followed the instruction to stop the HEllo Tune Service and did it sucessfully ,and recived a msg From Airtel that you have unsubscribed the service of Hello Tune but they have not returned the 15 RS balance . I have called on CUSTOMER CARE 198 complained helpline service of Airtel Talked talked to the Customer Executive ". He told me that this time he will not refund the money I also talked to their senior officer but he kept my call on hold and then call was diconnected this happend twice On 19th january 2012 ..
I want compensation for harassment also , my home address is 1774 wright town Jabalpur,MP .
