I've been using airtel from several years, but these days airtel service is d worst. Recently i've been charged for caller tunes without my knowledge, and if i try to cal to customer care no cal is been directed to d customer care executive. Also from 3-3-11 my outgoing calls were stopped without any reason, i tried hard to get to talk wit d customer care ppl. Now again i'm not gettin to talk wit them. Is d customer care functioning or.... I had belief tat even though airtel is costlies than other providers, tre is no problem. But now i feel its d worst provider and a waste network and utter waste customer care. Also more than 20% amount ll be held as service charges for each recharge, for which there is no service at all. Only money making company, i wish none would go for airtel. F###er airtel
