I recharged my airtel# with 1250 INR. I was told I ll be getting 3G internet connection but since last 4 days they are just assuring me. I had conversation with their escalation team executives named Biraj Kohra and Parwez who were of no help on the top of that the guys do not even answer anymore. I went to Jaydeva Airtel office, all the reps were just assuring me that it will be done for sure but still it is not done. I called this rep named Subu (9972575535), he said go ahead with your complains to customer forum, we have nothing to help you with. I am not sure if they will ever activate the 3G account or not. I am very upset kindly, help me.
