Airtel Connection no. 0129 4159500

I am using Airtel Connection no. 0129 4159500 from more than 3 years and paying bills regularly.

Yesterday i.e. 03.02.2012 I had received a call from Airtel customer support to change my 3 years old economical plan (Rs. 400 + S. Tax per month) with currently available expensive plan (Rs. 649 + S. Tax per month). Otherwise your connection will be disconnected.

When i asked for my old plan details then they are unable to provide me the details.

When I complained on customer support and request them to continue my previous plan.
They sent me the new plans and insisting me for the new plans.

Kindly help me to resolve the issue.
