I have been using my airtel number 9958720072 for more than 5 years. Now I am in china as a student. And my number was working in roaming. I used to recharge my connection and send sms to keep it active. On 8th february, my connection got disconnected and I contacted with Airtel customer care by mail. They informed me that the conditions for keeping a connection active are make an outgoing call or recieve an incoming call in 90 days OR recharge with minimum Rs200 in 180 days.i was using it, as my friend locator was on, and very week, rs 10 used to get cut . After that I called their Nodal Officer but he/she did not answer my call.officer but no reply yet. This is number is so special to me and also it is registered with my icici bank. If I need to change my mobile number with bank, I have to go there in person. So if anybody from Airtel reading this messsage, please help me to get my number back. I had a talk time balance of rs 100, please help me... very urgent
