Airtel is cheating it customers by deducting amount automatically without any consent or intimation.
I had rechardged my card to 333 and on monday night my balance was around 305 Rs.On tuesday morning it was showing 0 balance on my card.
On contacting to customer Care. i was being told that the problem will get resolved within 1 day. but it did not happen. then i dialed customer care again and talked toSupervisor . he recharged my account for 100 rs and asked me to wait for 48 hours to get your total balance of 205 Rs.
I was happy that atleast i got my 100 rs and remaining 200 rs will be in 48 hrs.
But after 1 hour, Balance deducted again to '0'. and again i had to dialed the customer care number and raise the same issue and also i had written an email to them.
I got the reply from them that my issue has been resolved from their end but still I haven't got
my balance amount Approx Rs 305 from Airtel on my number 9867647754. I don't when will I get it.
and for their kind of information, i have never subscribed for any Cricket or such value added service as mentioned by them in resolved mail and would not even like to waiste my time into such things.
This is really Shocking for me that Airtel is cheating its customers.
If you have returned my whole amount then only it will be considered as Issue
resolved.
My issue is still pending & wide open for everyone.
I am also going to switch to Vodafone if it did not get resolve within 24 hours.
