    Angry Airtel - Balance deducts automatically

    Airtel is cheating it customers by deducting amount automatically without any consent or intimation.

    I had rechardged my card to 333 and on monday night my balance was around 305 Rs.On tuesday morning it was showing 0 balance on my card.

    On contacting to customer Care. i was being told that the problem will get resolved within 1 day. but it did not happen. then i dialed customer care again and talked toSupervisor . he recharged my account for 100 rs and asked me to wait for 48 hours to get your total balance of 205 Rs.

    I was happy that atleast i got my 100 rs and remaining 200 rs will be in 48 hrs.

    But after 1 hour, Balance deducted again to '0'. and again i had to dialed the customer care number and raise the same issue and also i had written an email to them.

    I got the reply from them that my issue has been resolved from their end but still I haven't got
    my balance amount Approx Rs 305 from Airtel on my number 9867647754. I don't when will I get it.



    and for their kind of information, i have never subscribed for any Cricket or such value added service as mentioned by them in resolved mail and would not even like to waiste my time into such things.



    This is really Shocking for me that Airtel is cheating its customers.

    If you have returned my whole amount then only it will be considered as Issue
    resolved.


    My issue is still pending & wide open for everyone.

    I am also going to switch to Vodafone if it did not get resolve within 24 hours.

    I have already got a call from Airtel customer. they asked me to wait for 24 hours and its been 2 days i am still facing the same and have not got my balance back in my account.

    Pathetic Service.

    Its been almost 16 days since i am waiting to get resolved my issue.

    Very sad that airtel cannot handle there customer's issue and they keep saying to wait for another 24 hours..

    My issue is still NOT resolved.

    Why are you guys lying here that i have not responded to any of your call ?

    I am still awaiting for my deducted balance to get back.

    I dont know why are you guys keep giving the same reply here that you have not got any response even if i have responded as you can see the post just above your post.

    I got a call from Airtel and they said that i have used GPRS which deducted my 307 Rs balance and wont be able to return my money back and BLAH BLAH BLAH which i have never used in midnight as i have to get up early in the morning for office.

    I am fighting with Airtel customer care for more than 18 days and never got a responsible answer from airtel.


    Please don't go for Airtel service.

    Airtel is the worst service in india.

    Airtel is the only mistake of my life.

    Airtel is theif. it only steals

    I request to the consumercourtforum that they should take strict action against them and close this thread.

    I am fed up of recieving airtel complaint numbers as they have no values.

    i am switching to Vodafone.

    Post Airtel is cheating by deducting money

    Im satish from hyd...im using airtel and
    at 3-7-2011 they've deducted 98 rupees for downloading some canon ball game...but the truth is i havent downloaded any of the game and im using airte internet service...they are saying that im using airtel live...i called to customer care and they are saying that i have downloaded the game through airtel live...and i requested them to stop all services except 3g later again within 5mins i got a msg that 65 rupees deducted for another game...again i called customer care and she said again i hv downloaded a game....And i havent fiNished my argument she disconnected the call......
    Finally i want my deducted money back....

    Unhappy unauthorized deduction of money by Airtel

    Dear Sir/ Madam,
    I have been harassed by air tell since May 9th 2011, by activating 3g service on my mobile no 9810410679, when i went for recharging my phone by 200 rupees in UP. because i am a delhi based customer , i went to my home town Hapur, Ghaziabad that time. then on May 28th 2011, airtel activated three other services without any intimation or my knowledge on my phone those are hello friends, mobile bazar and one other which i dont know about. I only came to know about this fraud when i contacted with customer care (198) on July3rd 2011, i requested the airtel personal to deactivate all the three services immediately and refund my whole deducted money to my account. he assured the same and filled my complaint (no.RSBDE 40703882327). still i have negative balance in my account though i have recharged my account by more then 1500 rupees since May 2011. Today also i have been charged by 1 rupee as per day .

    I kindly request you to do needful so that my trust can be sustained with airtel. and i get my deducted money back.

    the same thing happened to me, I was charged Rs.99 for downloading sum Hungama content game which I didn't download, coz I had ear infection and I was lyig on the bed with pain......the day after that day I called customer care and they said that I dowloaded so I got charged Rs.99........after that I went home, I was left with balance Rs.2.48....they suddenly another msg came that I downloaded sum java game so I was charged Rs.2......what the hell is wrong with these people.........if they cant manage their service they should stop providing it......I think Airtel live should be stopped...........I wish there was sumone to take sum action against these people.........we common people are being harassed...

    Yes the same happened to me. Even they disconnected while in the way of argument. I challenged the customer care executive that i would provide you my mobile and you yourself see that there are no such games for which you deducted the balance. And what happens next is the phone is disconnected.
