My name is shibeesh. I have ported from docomo to airtel.The number is 9035663132 . On 24dec2011 morning 12am it got activated. My problem is that I am not receiving incoming calls.I can make out going calls. For the past 7 days iam struggling with this issue. I have called the cu care more than 7 times. They are disconnecting the calls. Called applet office bangalore n no of times..called nodel office.went to near by airtel showroom.everywhere i asked for help.They are telling 'its a technical issue and it may take 2 days'. For the past 7 days the same reply. they have escalated n all. I dont know what to do. I am working in a bangalore based IT company and I am in mangalore for an onsite project. I would be getting a lot of client calls to the number. I am missing everythin now. Who will pay for my losses.Really frustrated..dissapointed.Now I cant even change to docomo.Stil dey are telling to wait for 2 more days and i dont think dey will find a solution.The worst cu service i evr had.dat too from the no 1 service provider in india.Don know how dey become no1 with this type of service.NEED HELP ASAP!!!!
