i have submitted an mnp application for my no. 9122334401 on 01.10.2011 hence intentionaly my incoming and outgoing calles are debarred by airtel . where should i do complaits regarding this . if it is possible from this plz do so.

i have submitted an mnp application for my no. 9122334401 on 01.10.2011 hence intentionaly my incoming and outgoing calles are debarred by airtel . where should i do complaits regarding this . if it is possible from this plz do so.
