hye, am an airtel user for the past 3yrs. and nowadays airtel s goin very cheap in their customer service.. i have registered a complaint on 31/9/11... from tat date am unable to call to the customer care service by dialing to both 198 and 121.. i had made a complaint from my other airtel number also... but they did the same to tat number too.. this is too bad in their response... i hate airtel.. gonna change to other network with in a week...

that problem has not yet resolved for me...airtel is now a days becoming cheaper than other networks... if i call from the other number also they are not replying properly... i made a complaint on this also.. but my problem is not yet solved....... hate airtel.......
