two weeks ago i took an airtel connection.i gave a photocopy of my passport as a proof of resident of the locality .two days later they blocked my connection,when inquired about the reason they replied that there has been change in rules,and you will have to give a photocopy of anything showing the proof of the locality, and again i had to give the photocopy of the passport. they assured me that they will reactivate the connection within 24 hrs, but 3 days have already passed but nothing has been done so far. kindly suggest what am i supposed to do in the situation!!
