I am prepaid customer of Airtel from past 8 months. I am facing problem of unwanted service activation without my wish. You dedicating balance whenever I make any recharge. On 03 Feb. 2012 I made a charge of Rs. 100. Next day in morning I see my balance again dedicated and I wish to talk to customer care. They response me badly and way of dealing in not good and deactivate my customer care service as well.
