I've been struggling to get resolved 2 highly impacting complaints with Airtel, and to my disgust, there is no action in last 50 days.
1. My PhoneNumber was getting swaped with someone else's phonenumber, which was leading to "many Wrong number calls" coming to me and an unknown identity of mine reflecting on the other person's number when I was making an outcall. I've notified airtel in first week of July- No action, then again at their office by end of July - still no action. Multiple calls to customer care.. and yeah ultimately telling them that I'm forced to go to consumer court now as there is no attention being paid to my multiple complaints about the same issue. No one would believe, but still there is NO ACTION from AIRTEL.
2. I'm facing "NO NETWORK AVAILABLE" issue since the time I've moved to Magarpatta City (April 2010). There is absolutely no n/w or minimal n/w coverage at my home. However the n/w is OK in my ofc which is also in magarpatta city itself. I've been reporting this since almost 3 months now. They've told me that they wud issue me a better sim card (64 bit against my existing 32 bit), but as expected they have a huge customer base and they care a damn about the customers who are already using their PATHETIC services.
This is my last request to AIRTEL thru any forum, now I'm on the verge of loosing my patience. I've been having their connection since the time I've bought my first cell phone.... n this is the treatment that I'm receiving. Won't ever recommend anyone AIRTEL!!
