my name is k singh and i am a senior citizen aged 81 years.recently my airtel connection number-9779520540 is duducting my balance in the name of internet usage to my surprise because i dont even know how to use a internet on mobile or how to activate it.when contacted to customer care they told me that the internet service is activated on my mobile,which i have not asked to activate.i dont know how they started this service without my permission and charging me for the same.last year also airtel deducted my balance in the name of some hellotune service which i have not asked to start.after so many complaints and so many days they stoped the hellotune service.and now airtel has started deducting money from my balance in the name of internet services.
if someone is listening please look into the matter as i have limited resources to pay for mobile service and i cannot afford to loose money in the name of such not asked services.
