Airtel is forcing their airtel radio service on the customers. I have been charged Rs 30 twice and Rs 20 once for this service without me asking for it. I just get a message from airtel that money has been deducted from my account for this service.

I don't understand how can airtel deduct money from people's account and force services upon them without them asking for it at the first place. Though unsubscribe option is there it is a harassment to again n again call up get this unsusbscribed and ask for your money back without any mistake of yours, after a hectic day at office.

I have all the messages from airtel where i have been charged for this service and my call records where i have called them to unsubscribe the same.

I would like to file a case against airtel to consumer court.
