    Default Airtel Fraud Services

    Dear Sir,

    This is to draw your attention towards the suffering the customers are facing everyday from M/s Airtel.

    I, Akhil B Dave, is also a victim of the same. I'm having an airtel prepaid number 9967723868. It is being noticed that airtel deduct a huge amount of money from the balance available & started some unauthorised services and unknown downloads without notification.
    I have seen some messages regarding the services in my inbox & from my previous experiences I was sure that, I've been cheated again by M/s Airtel. To confirm the above, I contacted Airtel's customer care & enquired whether any services activated against my number. They replied that you visited "Nazara.com" and downloaded the game. On questioning them how could i download theses games when i have not accessed those websites, they lied with ease as usual, stating that you have downloaded by visiting airtel live portal, which is absolutely wrong as usual... since i am familiar with the internet usage i have separately have GPRS plan activated on my number and that i never access airtel live as i know that is of no use.

    As these types of cases are purely of theft or fraud and are repeating again and again, I request your intervention in this matter urgently and take strong actions against Airtel as soon as possible who are stealing the subscriber's money without any dignity. We sometimes get into a big trouble because we have not balance for urgent calls as all the balance is deducted by M/s airtel. Not just i but too many people are discussing the same issues which is really illegal and have to stop this fraud services immediately. Also, please do the needful for crediting the amount deducted from my balance account.

    Did u get any solution or did get any compensation???????? this is happning with me as well and i have a proof of the same..i have my screen captures which shows i have been charged for content download and facing the same issue..plz guide if u have already sue on M/S Airtel,Bharti telecom

    Angry 9973857382 : Airtel-Nazara Scam - Balance Deduction without prior information/consent

    Hi,

    My prepaid airtel number is 9973857382 and my concern is similar/identical to Mr Akhil B Dave (9860494344) issue. Money is being deducted from my Airtel account balance from an entity 'Nazara.com' without my expressed consent/permission. FYI, I am a computer literate person and I earn my bread working as a Database administrator and I know how and what cyber secirity works so please don't give me that 'merry go round'.

    Please read the transcript of my previous communication with Airtel below.

    Please refund my money.

    Hi,

    With reference to my previous email, I did get a call from airtel yesterday. The representative advised me to speak to the nodal officer (9934334865). Mr. Sagar answered my call and empathized with my issue and assured me that the issue of illegal balance deduction will not happen. Based on his assurance I accepted only partial reimbursement of Rs. 100/- instead total amount of Rs. 358/-.

    Sadly, it has happened again. Rs. 85/- has been deducted today ( i.e 01/02/12 at 2:07 PM). Please refund my money. I will not settle for anything less. I have had enough of this.

    As far as the other two details are concerned sets i.e



    1) Before balance deduction ¿ First of all my number is prepaid. Secondly,
    Obiviously I had enough money in the account balance so that you guys deducted
    the respective amount.

    2) After balance deduction ¿ Please check your logs you will get all the
    information you need.



    Why are you guys being difficult, just read my previous email and check your
    logs you will find everything that is required. Just don¿t postpone or drag the
    matter by asking some or other information, you guys have more information than
    I can imagine.

    hi Akhil,

    Have you got any response at all from Airtel folks? I am experiencing exactly the same problem. Airtel has deducted a total of Rs. 443/- (between October 2011 till 01/02/12).
    Please let me know whatever happens coz I am not going to take this B.S any more. Let us Unite and raise this matter so that everyone knows what kind of fraudulent practice this company is running and rippping off its customers.

    Yes Airtel refunded me the money but now again they deducted the money without any reason. And when we ask for complaint number they disconnect the call.

    This is going too wrong with the customers. Pass on this message to everyone so that everyone knows what exactly they do to hide themselves.

    Default Complain against vas service of airtel

    Dear sir,
    This is to bring you in notice that I (Sunil agarwal) is facing a problem regarding your value added service called DESI FATKA. I have registered complain regarding this problem on 7-jan-2012 and not find any solution yet.

    Kindly do something regarding this complain and stop this service.
