Dear Sir,
This is Akhil B Dave complaining that this is the second time within a few days i am facing the balance deduction problem from M/s Airtel.
Previously M/s Airtel have deducted a huge amount on my another Airtel prepaid number for which they refunded me the money but now again my balance is being deducted on my prepaid number 9860494344.
It is being noticed that Airtel deducts a huge amount of money again and again from the balance available without any of the valid reasons.
My balance was deducted from Rs.81 to Rs.48 and this is also agreed by Airtel Service Customer Care person name "Trupti" with whome i had a conversation.
My complaint reference number is CBDCC30207381121.
Date of conversation is 07-02-2012 at around 1:10pm.
On questioning her she gave me a reason that we are unable to understand why the deduction was actually charged for.
I am familiar with the internet usage and i have separately GPRS plan activated on my number and i hope that internet usage will not be the reason for the balance deduction again which is really illogical. I don't use Airtel live services which are actually of no use to access the internet.
As these types of cases are purely of fraud and are repeating again and again, I request your intervention in this matter as soon as possible and take a very very strong action against Airtel who are stealing the subscriber's money. We not only get in a trouble but also we are not at all interested to spend our valuable time on this fraud services.
Please do the needful for crediting the amount deducted from my balance account and please make sure to take a very strict action against Airtel Services.
