Hello,

I am using a Airtel Prepaid No. 8010203240. A service name "Big Fat Free Store Service" activated on this no before some days ago without my information. I receiving daily two SMS back to back from AIRTEL (You have been renewed for Symbian Application
subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 5.0).
I just called to Airtel customer care for asking about this and also request to
remove this service from my No. They give me an request reference no
CBDM020106070957 and said services wilI be removed.

Still 15 days has been gone but this services is activate on my no. Daily Rs. 10
debit from my mobile no. Every time when i called to customer care they give me
new request reference no. I have So many request reference no. like

Services is still activate on my Mobile No. I am very much seek with AIRTEL. I have written mail to Airtel Customer Care, Airtel Nodalofficer and Airtel Presence. But Result is ZERO. Daily Balance is being debit from my mobile no. Please give me any solution ASAP.
