I am writing this to lodge a formal complaint against Airtel for a fraud done against me. A brief of the case is as under :-

On 1 Jan 2012 I start my internet on mobile phone No. 9860476591. When I click on Aritel- TV. my internet connection get stop. And I receive SMS saying " Thanks for downloading Hungama Content Game from Airtel.You have been charged Rs. 40."
I again start my internet and click on Airtel- TV. So it again stop my internet and I receive SMS saying "Thanks for downloading Hungama Content Game from Airtel.You have been charged Rs.1.".
I click on Airtel-TV then How they send SMS saying "Hungama Content Game from Airtel"
I not able to download single byte on both time. Then how they charge me Rs.40 and Rs.1. So it is cheating. They must return my Rs.41 to my account.

with respect i beg to state that,,,my n airtel number is 842036443.from a few days i am getting
a problem subcribe to pocket data first, and then it is showing link not avilable.i have complained many
time from other num got setting many time and done manualy setting also.my thresold bal is always upto 1rs.
My gprs bal also available but i am not able to browse internet. Also im not able to contact airtel customer care.
When i call them from the other airtel num they alwas giv gprs help line number which is chargable.i am facing the problem
should i pay more..pls give me resolution...:
