I am Abdul Gafur from Udupi-Karnataka my mobile no. is 9945190426, presently staying in Wardha district Maharastra, in my mobile when I was in my natve a caller tune is automatically activated my balance Rs. 15 has been deducted, further after 10 days I got a messages stating that 'your caller tune will be renewed in 3 days if you want to stop pleas send message to STOP HT to 121 and I sent message, toady (27.1.2012) even after sending message again caller tune got renewed and my Rs. 30 got deducted, further from here I am not getting Karnataka customer care no. and nobody is worrying about this problem, this carelessness from AIRTEL leads me lots of mental pressure, I am losing my hard earning money, kindly look into the matter and solve it please sir, I am eagerly waiting for Justis.
