I have a airtel prepaid mobile connection with mobile number 07389499079 of Chhattisgarh area. My prepaid balance is debited daily by some amount on the name of the activation of some pack, which I didn't requested for. Daily my account is debited by some amount showing me a message that your account has been debited for some pack. I want to make a complain for this deduction of money from my prepaid account without my authorization on the name of one or the other pack.

Through this forum my want to make a complain against this arbitrary action of the service provider "airtel" and pray to credit all deductions back in my account.
