Dear Sir

My name is Om Shiv Tripathi and my mobile number is 9004695664 - I had
travelled new York in June from 13/06/2010 to 19/06/2010 and had made very
limited calls to India but accessed all my mails and other internet for which as


on tdy my mobile bill is approx 116000 rs .

The Information on the bill amount was sent to my only in India on 29th June
¿your unbilled usage as on 29/06/2010 is RS .1,05,162.
Would like to know why my mobile service was not disconnected or why I was not
informed by sms in US about my mobile usage and limit so that I would hv taken
any immidiate action instead getting such trap ?
I am a salaried guy and work for a company which provides my only 9000 Rs limit
for a month and I can¿t afford such huge bill.
Please understand I was not informed by Airtell about this cost factor on
international rooming.
What is I would have stayed for 20 days in US?
I am really surprised why Airtell never stopped my mobile connection when I had
crossed the limit or why sms was not sent in USA that my bill amount is crossing

This is really cheating with your Airtel customer by not keeping them informed
about in any special situations .Need a help to sort-out my problem urgently!!
