Airtel mobile company

Sir,
I am customer of Airtel prepaid mobile service.
My mobile Number is 9997425352.
On daily basis, I am losing pre-paid balance from my mobile for some IM service, which I have not even applied for.
I have called Customer Care Airtel Number many times but they are not helping me out.
Why i am losing my balance from my pre-paid airtel for the service which i have not even applied for.
