    Default Airtel mobile complaint

    Hello
    This is Dhiraj Thakur working with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. as an Diploma Engineer Trainee. The company is located at Mohali. Few days back, few people came from Airtel & set their canoppy for selling corporate simcards. I also bought one simcard from them. The sim was working properly but not they barred the connection, & they didn't informed me. When I called customer care, they told me as I m a trainee there, so I am not eligible for that sim & the services. This is the second time they have cancelled the services. They harrased me a lot. Even I went to airtel showroom located at mohali, but the persons working there refused to talk on this matter. They said go to the person whom you have bought the sim. They were not talking properly. Now where should I search those persons by whom i purchased the sim. Is there anyway by which I can start the sim again or should I buy another sim?

    Default Charged for no connection from Airtel broadband

    HI,

    I have been availing broadband services from Airtel for past 8 months (plan
    1099) in sector 29, Noida



    Connection details => Airtel Fixed line / Account number = 01204232452 /
    15192770



    I had applied for this Broadband transfer from House 88 -Sector 29 to House
    1300- Sector 37, Noida on May 21st,10.



    I was asked to give address proof (this need makes sense for security eason
    and I do not have any qualms about that)



    Due to my new house owner staying abroad, it will take me days to get rent
    agreement, so Airtel customer care asked me To get address proof from office. I got one two weeks back, and duly informed Airtel Customer care who assured that they have updated the status & someone will show up to fetch the proof. But that never happened and am still without net.



    My net is not working for 3 + weeks now.


    I am getting repeated calls to pay the monthly charge of 1305, and when i am telling that connection is not provided, the great Mr Rahil Pasha says--

    "We would like to inform that as per your request for the line shifting to another address, but was not done due we did not receive the address proof and you did not provide the address .So the charges are applicable"

    As if i am a fool for not wanting to have connection and love giving charity to Airtel......
    Unfortunately, call from Vodafone cell is not reaching customer care executive at all...am sure i will get another bill at end of the month and Pasha will say it is correct..

    Default Disconnection of my mobile no:9971947088

    I have purchased a prepaid mobile no 99714947088 Sim no8991101001168356960 some 15 days back,
    on 14-06-2010 I recived a SMS from airtel saying that mobile services to my SIM will be disconnected because of Non -Receipt of the identification papers from the dealer. On receipt of the mails I immidiately connected the Customer Care services . I was informed by the customer care executive that all of my papers have been received and to ignore the SMS . To my utter surprise my phone was suspended on the same day. As such I connected the customer care service through line no98101 98101 and discussed the problem with Mr.Vipul(Executive) and Mr. Puneet (Senior Executive) about my problems and asked to resolve the issue on the same day at9.30PM . However the problem was not resolved.

    Since the matter is between the Airtel and its dealer it is not fair to harass the customer by suspending the services. I have now again submitted the copies of my identity etc. to the Airtel shop at Sec:41 at NOIDA. for reactiviation of my number.

    I now request for activiation of my phone and also to ensure that customers are not unecessarily harassed without their fault.

    Default Deduction of main credit balance

    Dear Sir/Madame,
    I am Md Sarfaraz Khan a user of airtel
    mobile connection with cell number +919748349745 in Kolkata. On dated
    18th June 18, 2010 my main credit balance has been deducted wrongly.
    The deduction is shown in the display of my mobile which is showed
    after every calls made or any service is used. But in this case , I
    claim that I have not used any service for which I have been charged.
    With my cell number I had the balance
    of Rs244.50 approximately at around 4:30pm which is reduced to
    Rs231.21 for browsing airtel live which is claimed to be free of cost
    and which is not specified under what service. The deduction is shown
    against browsing on the unit of kbps which I have not used. I had 3
    conversations with airtel customer care executives but none of them
    have heard my queries properly neither my problem is resolved. On the
    contrary the second and third executives were behaving arrogantly and
    not giving me proper answers to my queries. The first time I called
    the customer care executive had refunded to Rs2 for wrong deductions
    but again the process to deduction for browsing airtel live started .
    The second time I called up the executive was retrieving my past
    accounts of services used in the month of April, 2010 but did not gave
    me a clear answer, accusing me of calling different numbers and using
    airtel live service which I did not . He had no information of my past
    call details which could solve my problem or which was favorable to my
    queries but had irrelevant details of my past service usage of months
    longtime ago in April and May2010. Then he committed me of refunding
    Rs4.60 for wrong deduction and suggested me to deactivate the airtel
    live service but did not refunded this time and browsing charges
    continued to deduct my balance even after I received a message said to
    be deactivating my airtel live service. The third time I called up and
    the executive responded but could not resolve my problem and for the
    first time in my experience he asked for the permission to transfer
    the line to his supervisor and the call went on hold for 3 minutes and
    I at last disconnected the call as customer care service is payable
    @0.50p/3minutes. The process of browsing charges is still deducting my
    main balance account but I am afraid of calling the customer care
    number as it would be useless to do so in order to resolve my problem
    which is persistently and deliberately continued from your end.
    May I request you to look into this
    matter and redress the problem I faced today with airtel? Looking
    forward to your kind assistance and cooperation.

    We are facing alot of problem through out Dailer . Airet calls to my number through outdailer & i reciever call then without confermation me service has activated . today I face such problem through Airtel Mirch service. I are facing such problem many time.

    I request you please take some action for this.

    but 24/6/10 airtel agent naseem come and asked me that our ambikapur headoffice want your sim for maintanance.I gave him sim but 25/6/2010 by mistake i call that no than i knew that any other person talking with me . i asked him that no is my where are you find.he said i have get this from airtel office
    i shocked that company work this type
    please support me and action on agent of ambikapur who froud with me and not give recipt me and told that. he has alloted other person to that sim. kindaly action fast.and upper no close.

    Angry complaints regarding payments

    Dear sir,

    we have 12 airtel mobile connections in the name of "Palaniyandavar Dyeing".now,we are facing alot of trouble because the person is not come and collect payments regularly.
    we usually put cheque for airtel payment before due date but your staff is not come and collecting it.regarding this we have complainted plenty of times in local airtel showroom
    but they not respond still.recently, in local showroom they said "hereafter we willn't come and collect if you want come and pay it".we really disappointed and daily somebody is calling from your office for payments please avoid those calls.today,alot of networks are available but we are enjoying airtel so only i had put mail to you.
    you should take immediate action for this problem only then we will continue enjoying airtel connections.please take immediate action.

    Default Billing Problems

    Hello,
    My name is Varun Padiyar. I have a complain about airtel. Yesterday i was accessing facebook via o.facebook.com which is free in airtel live. However, when i logged out and checked out my balance it deducted Rs. 30 (earlier it was Rs. 150). I switched off my cellphone and restarted it. It again deducted Rs. 3. Then i complained to customer care and they said i am opening some type of adult websites and i also downloaded something. When i denied they insisted on that. They even told that i have sent 30 messages in just 1 minute. Till that time my balance was Rs. 40 after numerous restarted. I don't understand how a person can access internet in cellphone when it is switched off. But they didn't listen to me. My all the balance has deducted and i am left with Rs. 0.10. Please help me.     Default Airtel Prepaid connection - download issues

    My name is T.R.Madhavan and I have been using a airtel prepaid connection for more than 3 years now. Right from the time I started using the connection, I have been using the mobile only to make and receive calls and also to receive and send SMS messages.

    I had a balance of about Rs.200 in my account on 4th August 2010 evening. However on 5th August 2010 morning, my balance was showing as Rs.1.66. I was surprised. When I contacted the aircel consumer service number, 198, I was informed that I had downloaded many games and a wall paper on 4th August 2010 at 11.25 PM and these downloads have been charged.

    We are a family which goes to sleep at 10.00 PM. On the said day, 4th Aug 2010, there was no difference. Hence it is not possible for any one of our family members to have downloaded anything at 11.00 PM.

    I raised a complaint with the consumer care.

    Just now, 7th August 2010 ata1.30 PM (afternoon), I got a call from Airtel confirming that we had indeed downloaded and they cannot give any credit back to the account. This is astonishing, surprising and the attitude of Airtel is paining.

    With prepaid accounts, they have our money in advance and they suddenly debit the account stating some downloads when we are more than sure that we had not downloaded anything. Moreover, whatever they maintain has been downloaded is not available in my mobile. Airtel can also see the history in my account and there have not been any single downloads in 3 years.

    My discussion with Airtel reached a wall and they had summarily rejected to hear anything from my side.

    My worry is on the money lost and also on what is going in future. Airtel can go in taking our money from the account stating something or the other with no way of we proving that we are not at fault. Else, the other issue can be somebody else is hacking our account and downloading something for which again Airtel is responsible since they are securing enough our mobile numbers.

    I would need a resolution for this

    Default loosing talk time balance on free sms chat

    My mobile no.91-9701631125.
    Complaint against RC22 offer and similar offer of 150 free sms for a day on Rs.5
    Yesterday I am attracted to rc22 and made it . in 123*6 as on now the balance is 2345 and expire date 19.9.Aditional 145 is that of Rs.5, 150 (*222*4#) offer.but to my stunning every second sms sending attracting 1Re from actual RC555 balance. One way it says free sms that encourages to devolope contacts and other way reducing talk time balance. I am in confuse. where the wrong. If that goes i should limit my chatting and allowing charity of talk time. Ease it? Im a regular of airtel user since 2008. Why this happens on free sms offer. one more information. Else sonner the balance dimnishes I may use other service provider. Hope I get a possible and useful suggestion. Yester day also I made a complaint on this. Still I believe airtel services.

    Let me more clear about problem. ON 15th august I got sms from 54321 series ex.5432162245837 and those I use to chat continuously. I used to loose 1Re afeter 2 sms dispatches. Suddenly, yesterday from 5423 a message or series came that you have to regester and you have to chat with recommonded profiles only. What ever be charges for other state sms it may be deducted from sms balance no. What is this warning? Being a aged person How can I affect the others? New ones I wont encourage but existing contacts cutting I feel, inhuman. Please consider this also. It is told by 5423 that the chat cost is 1Re/sms. Again a doubt will this work for free sms tarrif or not. As I aware what is happening I will be with care. but saying you are wrong like that how? I do not know that sms is from which state or like that?
    I wish together with you for some more time. what you say.

    i am the regular customer of airtel more then 6 year, but now a days i am facing regular problem about my balance they are deducting my balance every week.from last two weeks i am facing the problem they are deducting 99 rs balance every week.and when i am making complaint they are saying you are downloading some java service.its my company no otherwise i will change it please help me i don't have too much amt. to pay without using please check and do the needfull.

    Iam arul george, my numb is 9840829948.. I have activate missed call service before 2 month and also you deducted rs 30 in my account but still not activated.. Now i also spoke to your agent vipin, but he is not able to provide the required details for me so i ask him to transfer the line. But no one answer for my queries and disconnected the call. Iam really fed up with your service... So activate my missed call service..

    Angry Airtel's Pathetic Customer Service for unnecessary deduction of charge to never rever

    Hi

    It is one of the worst service Airtel Provides through its customer care as per my experience.

    I activated Rs. 98 plan through using interactive Airtel Mobile options service. The 98 amount was deducted but I never received any confirmation message that it has been activated on my account.

    When I contact contact customer care representative, they book the complaint but without any solution after a week's time.

    It has caused me mental pressure and I want that strict action should be taken against these kind of pathetic procedures followed at Airtel Customer care to not slove the problem.
