sir, I am using airtel sim card 9995549551 ,when i surfing internet through mobile i saw an advertisement of game , when i get into my balance get reduced to 10 from 60 , i called to customer care,they argued that this is the charge of game , actually they were not given any description about the cost in the advertisement , this is an exploitation of customer ,if law permits i would like to turn against bharathi airtel
