Dear Sir,

I had been using a prepaid connection from airtelMobile with the no +919755888075 since the last 5 years.quality of service has declined so much after the take over that i was frustated enough to change the networkConnection to a reliance Prepaid .i found my mnp no. and go to the distributer .he said me give your mnp. no.,voter card and 1 photograph .i had given them .after 2 days he said give your voter card and 1 photograph .i had given them .after 4 days he said give your voter card and 1 photograph .i had given them .after that my no. is off then ihave asked him what is this he said to me that ur no. is in processing after 2 or 3 days days ur no is activate,after 3 days my no. is start but after 3 days my mobile numbers incoming and outgoing calls both are barred.i went to the distributors office and told him my problems . he said give your voter card and 1 photograph ,after 2 days ur no. will start.my but after 2 days my no. is not activ .after 3 days i went to distributor office and ask him what is going on he said again give your voter card and 1 photograph .i asked him why my no. is not activate he said me that ur identity is not clear.but but my identity is very clear.then i call reliance custmor care 198 and ask him he said ur fomalities is not submited yet.i told him that ihaven given my document.no response from him.my no. is steel bared.I have inquired with customer care person they said me ur complain is registerd but yet not start my no.
please do somthing for me.
