Am very glad to write this mail to airtel, it was really memorable experience quite longtime interacting with airtel customer service since last 6months.
Now though i have come down and don't need any resolution from you, because you have wasted my lot of time, and now i'm not interested in following you people ask for the status, Now what am looking is am planning to continue my number again if you all can waive off atleast 50% of the outstanding in all myh connections, because i could not use it properly because your connectivity issue, and out going was disconnected and you people have charged total rental for only incoming, where in because of your unbelievable network coverage i could not get a single call when am in my office premises that your technicians (Bramha 9866011809, chiti babu 9000701100, Rakesh 9177330054)know very well who all visited to resolve the issue, But till date u could not resolve my issue, so when i asked for reversal in my outstanding one of your executive Mehak 9958976317/937 was very rude towards me and when i drafted a mail complaining about her rude behavior on call, her Senior(I forgot his name) called me from 9717894311, and said certain would be given to her and waiver would be given to you, but its not been done, and when i again marked a mail , now Hema called me 9866011150 explained confidently that network issue cannot be resolved right now and same time waiver cannot be passed and upfront informed me that i can quit airtel or switch to any other network, so i need some else from airtel to confirm the same and i'll do it.... Thank You
