I am using my airtel fixed line no. since last 4-5 years, now i wanted to disconnect this number, i called up airtel customer care no. 121 on 26/07/2010 and request them to disconnect my phone, they said ok, and your phone will be disconnected with in 7 days.
After that i checked my phone on 7/08/2010, my phone was working, again i called up airtel customer care ask them to tell me the status of my disconnection request, this time i am speaking to Ms. Alvira and my ref no. provided by alvira is 151236661, she said i requested for disconnection but airtel executive convinced me to continue my airtel number due to which we cancelled your disconnection request, this statement given by airtel is false, i never convinced to retain my number, then i again requested to disconnect my number on 7/08/2010
with this ref no. 151236661.
Now today on 17/08/2010 I again call up airtel customer care to check status of my request, they are again telling me the same story, that they convinced me to retain my airtel number, which is again false statement, I requested them again to disconnect, this is my third request,
the request number which i received today from their executive Mr Tarun is 1171070
Can any body help me to stop this .
