Dear Sir,
I have been using airtel connection for the past 3 years (number 9903821848)
. Few months back it happened that i did not used the sim for a month .So, my number was deactivated. I went to the airtel retail store at city centre ,salt lake,kolkata ,West bengal and submitted my id and photograph to activate my connection again. They told it'll be started but it did not.
Why? Because one of the staff forgot to send activation message. ( I was communicating with Mr Sukanto that time)
I again went after 1 week and submitted copies of id and photograph.This time connection was activated but after 1 week it was barred saying that i have not submitted my documents.
I again went to the store and submitted my documents to Mr Ujjal Nath. I even have had an acknoledge letter from him .
Again my number is barred now.
I just want to ask how many times i have to submit my documents. I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED IT 3 TIMES!!!!!
If the customer care executive from the retail store are validating the form ,then why everytime my number is barred.(Or they are not sending at all my documents to the head office)
