I had surrendered my Airtel Postpaid connection (Mobile No. - 9900103547) in Feb this year. I was supposed to be refunded with my deposit amount ~@Rs.900 within a month from the date of surrendering the connection. But till date, i am not in receipt of them.

I had approached many a times through their customer services (email - 121@airtelindia.com)... till this month .. but no hope.

I had warned of taking my case with consumer rights dept. , but still they haven't responded positively. In fact, they haven't called me at my alternate number provided till date. Its disgusting that the customer services disturbs/remind every month to pay the monthly bill and not responding after the connection is surrendered.

To my facts above, i feel that Airtel Services are the WORST!!!!
Pls do the needful.
