at 9 th july , 2010 at 11:08 AM i recharged mu mobile of Rs. 100 but unfortunaltly i got message of successful recharge but i got 0 Rs balance ..my number is 9970045951 ....Airtel Customer care employ Mukesh Kakkar (Ahmedabad)replied me they cant do anything regarding this problem because they cant update system of inter state mobile ....

My scheme in aircel prepaid no(8892426499) was 0.5 paisa/sec local and 1 paisa /sec std. After some time they told me to recharge with Rs 120 so that I will get double benefits, i,e.180 min local and 60 min std . I did that and to my suprise they started deducting Rs 1/min , eventhogh I call for 1 sec they will deduct Rs1.
I called the customer care, wrote to them many times, but still nothing happened, still I got no satisfactory reply from them.One customer representative ( Mr Chandru ) will say it will get refunded in 1 day ( 3 days heve been passed ) , one CR ( forgot the name ) will say I have no balance, One CR ( Mr Kumar ) will say everything is fine as shown in his record.
God I will go mad.
Its not the question of 1 paisa or 1 ruppee. Its the question of faith. I think they are cheating like this to many people.
