Airtel Pre Paid Balance Injustice
at 9 th july , 2010 at 11:08 AM i recharged mu mobile of Rs. 100 but unfortunaltly i got message of successful recharge but i got 0 Rs balance ..my number is 9970045951 ....Airtel Customer care employ Mukesh Kakkar (Ahmedabad)replied me they cant do anything regarding this problem because they cant update system of inter state mobile ....

day before yesterday my prepaid airtel balance was rs. 30/- today without any outgoing call, value added service my balance is rs.5/- . i have talk in aitel customer care on 198, reference no. is CBDC 30226806370, there is not satisfactory answer from their end.
